Mr. Zang is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Breton Park Capital Partners.  Prior to Breton Park, Mr. Zang was Director in the Investment Banking Group of Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Prior to that, Mr. Zang was Senior Portfolio Analyst at Highland Capital Management LP, a $45bn fixed income hedge fund manager. Prior to Highland, Mr. Zang worked for the Technology Investment Banking Group of Piper Jaffray in its Palo Alto, California office, where he worked on various public / private financings and M&A transactions for domestic and foreign companies. Prior to that, Mr. Zang spent five years working in the technology strategy and engineering divisions of Nuxone Inc, a a software startup and S3 Inc., a leading graphic chip designer in Santa Clara, California.  He has an MBA from the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania, an MS from Cornell University and BS from Chongqing University of China.

Mr. Carty is a Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Breton Park Capital Partners.  Prior to Breton Park, Mr. Carty was Senior Portfolio Analyst at Highland Capital Management LP, a $45bn fixed income hedge fund of Dallas. Before joining Highland in July 2007, Mr. Carty was a Senior Associate with Financial Technology Partners where he worked on M&A transactions within securities technology.  Prior to Financial Technology Partners, he worked for Jefferies Broadview and Goldman Sachs where he advised software, telecom and digital and mobile media companies on M&A.  He received his MBA from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Princeton University.
